SSUP002 2 Bolt Corrosion Resistant Pillow Block with 15mm Bore Stainless Eccentric Collar Insert

SSUP Series 2 Bolt Corrosion Resistant Pillow Block Housings: Bearing unit supplied with a fully sealed stainless steel bearing insert fitted in the corrosion resistant housing. The stainless steel bearing insert which self aligns in the housing has an eccentric collar and grub screws to allow locking to the shaft once fitted. The supplied insert can be removed from the housings for future replacement as required

Note: These bearings will eventually corrode in a marine environment and it is recommended to completely cover with grease or similar protection where practical. Due to the material requirements of these bearings to have a hard-wearing construction, the inserts will be made of a harder form of Stainless Steel, such as 440 or similar, which will be attracted by magnets. Quotations for non-magnetic versions are available upon request.
